Recline Ridge Vineyards & Winery

Recline Ridge Vineyards & Winery is a family-owned estate in the Tappen Valley, set against the backdrop of Mount Tappen and Mount Bastion in the heart of the Shuswap. Established in 1998 on a site first planted in 1994, the winery is housed in a striking cedar log building, originally crafted as a home for a customer in Japan before it was repurposed here. Owners Bob and Feifei welcome visitors to a property that pairs award-winning wines with picnic grounds and overnight stays.

The estate specializes in cool-climate grapes including Marechal Foch, Ortega, and Zweigelt, producing a range that runs from crisp whites to sparkling and ice wines. Sun-drenched days and cool mountain evenings give the wines clean structure and intense flavour.

The estate is located along 2640 Skimikin Road, with hours Daily 10am-5pm (Jun-Sep).
