Larch Hills Winery is a land-based, family-run vineyard and winery in the hills south of Salmon Arm, owned by the Manser family. One of BC's most northern wineries, it was established in 1997 on a high cool-climate site first planted to grapes in 1990. All of its wines are made from 100% BC fruit, grown on the Shuswap estate or sourced from south Okanagan vineyards, with the estate's Ortega as its signature white.
The estate grows cool-climate European varieties rarely seen elsewhere in BC, including Ortega, Siegerrebe, and Madeleine Angevine among the whites and Agria among the reds. Long summer days and a high-elevation site give the wines bright acidity and vibrant character.
The estate is located along 110 Timms Road, with hours Daily 9am-5pm (year-round).
Part of the Shuswap wine region. Hours and tasting fees change with the season, so confirm with the winery before you visit.
