Gray Monk Estate Winery was established in 1972 by George and Trudy Heiss. The Heiss family moved to the Okanagan Valley from Europe via Edmonton, Alberta with dreams of owning a successful vineyard. In 1972, George & Trudy Heiss were at the front of the line presenting their request to be allowed to make (and sell) wine from their own grapes.
The estate is located along 1055 Camp Rd, with hours Tuesday-Saturday 10am-5pm, Sunday-Monday 11am-4pm. Tasting experiences start at $10-$30 and offer a guided journey through the current releases.
Part of the Lake Country wine region. Hours and tasting fees change with the season, so confirm with the winery before you visit.
