The Winery at Covert Farms is a family-owned and operated winery located in Oliver. The winery is part of a larger organic farm that spans over 650 acres and is run by the Covert family. The Winery at Covert Farms produces a variety of wines, including reds, whites, and rosés.

The estate is located along 300 Covert Place, with hours Wednesday-Sunday 11am-5pm. Tasting experiences start at $15-$40 and offer a guided journey through the current releases.
